  • Betaalgegevens: rekeningnummer of betaalbewijs

  • Technische gegevens: IP-adres, browsertype (via cookies)

 

Wij verzamelen geen gevoelige persoonsgegevens, zoals medische informatie of religieuze overtuigingen.


4. Doeleinden van verwerking

5. Rechtsgrond van verwerking

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens uitsluitend op grond van:

 

  • Contractuele noodzaak (voor uitvoering van de huurovereenkomst of reservering)
  • Wettelijke verplichting (voor belasting- en boekhoudkundige verplichtingen)
  • Gerechtvaardigd belang (voor communicatie, klantenbeheer, beveiliging, marketing)
  • Toestemming (bij vrijwillige aanmelding of gebruik van cookies)

 

6. Bewaartermijn

  • Reserverings- en factuurgegevens: 10 jaar (wettelijke bewaarplicht)
  • Communicatiegegevens: 2 jaar na laatste contact
  • Nieuwsbrief- of contactgegevens (indien van toepassing): tot afmelding of verzoek tot verwijdering

 Na afloop van deze termijnen worden gegevens veilig verwijderd of geanonimiseerd.


7. Delen van gegevens met derden

Persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend gedeeld indien noodzakelijk, bijvoorbeeld met:

 

  • Boekingsplatforms en betaalproviders
  • Professionele dienstverleners (boekhouding, hosting, IT-ondersteuning)

Wij verkopen of verhuren geen persoonsgegevens.

Er vindt geen doorgifte buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte plaats, tenzij een passend beschermingsniveau is gewaarborgd.
